The Nature of Chi Energy with Peter Meech

Peter Meech is an award-winning screenwriter, director, and producer. Peter is also an author and playwright, and the recipient of a master’s degree from Stanford University where he won the Stanford Nickel Fellowship in screenwriting. Meech’s memoir, Mysteries of the Life Force: My Apprenticeship with a Chi Master, chronicles the first seven years of his apprenticeship with a Chi Master in Toronto and has been translated into several languages.

Peter Meech shares the extraordinary story of his apprenticeship with a Chi Master in Toronto, exploring the nature of chi energy, its healing effects, and the mysterious synchronicities that guided his journey. He describes firsthand experiences of energy transmission, telepathy, and resonance that reveal chi as both a physical and spiritual force. Meech also reflects on the importance of humility, health, and direct experience in working with this subtle energy.

New Thinking Allowed host, Jeffrey Mishlove, PhD, is author of The Roots of Consciousness, Psi Development Systems, and The PK Man. Between 1986 and 2002 he hosted and co-produced the original Thinking Allowed public television series. He is the recipient of the only doctoral diploma in “parapsychology” ever awarded by an accredited university (University of California, Berkeley, 1980). He is also the Grand Prize winner of the 2021 Bigelow Institute essay competition regarding the best evidence for survival of human consciousness after permanent bodily death. He currently serves as Co-Director of Parapsychology Education at the California Institute for Human Science.
