A commentary by Gordon when him is a good one it's in the word biblical commentary series. William Dumberell's little book on covenant creation is that a helpful resourceYeah he was the first person who came from a covenant theology background who was actually doing decent exegesis and looking at the text in the context of its ancient near eastern background I found it helpful obviously we don't agree with him on everything but it was a very helpful book to me.
