i want to talk about the nature of being awake and buddhism. This is called buddha nature. While it's the state in which we can truly grasp the nature of impermanence. And this allows us to learn, grow and change. What is our innate way of being? Wisdom, capability, loving kindness, compassion. These are thes, are things that we're born with. It's frustration, jealousy, guilt, shame, anxiety, greed,. The times that we feel good or bad are both part of the beautiful experience of being alive.
