Igor and Viktor Kill a Man

Igor and Viktor killed a 45 year old woman on her moped in Dinea Propitrosk. The pair were becoming increasingly callous with their murders. Even though they knew that there were two killers at large, they still didn't see a single news story or police announcement about the murders. From the 14th to the 16th of July, four more bodies turned up in Dinea propitrosk - all had their faces destroyed beyond recognition. But still the police did nothing and still there was barely any coverage of it in the news.
