The ACLU Protests House Bill 1153
The American Civil Liberties Union or ACLU has issued a statement protesting us house bill 1153. Now this proposed bill would effectively ban TikTok in the US. This is a complicated issue because TikTok critics worry that the app is on the back end essentially performing as a data siphon and pulling information that the Chinese government can then use as intelligence.
