How to Invest in Real Estate in a Late Start

Bigger Pockets came out of the foreclosure crisis where everybody was losing real estate. The company's business plan has been to rehab these properties so that we don't have to deal with capex or maintenance. Cashflow is important to us, but appreciation is nice too. We love a good property that we can take advantage of just strengths and add value to.
