The UN's Role in Libya
MSF was the only international NGO working in detention centers that wasn't receiving money through this EU fund. All of them felt under the same constraints as well when it came to actually speaking out because they were also receiving EU money from the same fund. Are they doing more harm than good? I don't know, but I just think that like to understand the gravity and the severity of a situation, you need to actually have the facts being presented to you.
