The Importance of a Strong Training Culture

I think people who do things with a purpose tend to be better at it. I've had this discussion quite a lot lately, you know, between startup and corporate culture. What you have to do is kind of adopt a strong training culture for developers. If you get a developer that's maybe a little green, but if you have a solid training program, you can really make them into something successful.
