Headcount
Head count is relatively straightforward. I think where head count gets more complicated is its relationship to the other two. So being able to answer at the margin and say, ok, nowif we hired another person, then x would happen, right? Then we would have x more scope or we would be done this many weeks quicker. And so that's what makes the head count part kind of interesting. Similar to, you know, answering these counter factuls, you're also prioritizing so you can answer counter factule the other direction.
