I think there's still some hanging on to that. Maybe not fully, right? There's progress, but it's slow progress and understanding this isn't going to change. We need to adapt. And adapting means really recreating the whole thing from the ground up. I mean, it's fundamentally revamping the whole talent strategy,. hiring, recruiting and hiring process and also retention.
