Is This Why I'm Going to Therapy?

I think basically, like at the end of last year, my therapist was probably cleaning out all the appointment information and sending people what they need for insurance purposes. So she had sent me kind of like a consolidated like official invoicing of like everything I paid for like all the sessions we had in case I wanted to like submit it to my insurance. But then there was like a line item in there that I wasn't expecting to see. It had like my diagnosis on it. And I mean, I guess I could say it is like adjustment disorder with mixed anxiety and depressive mood or something.
