Paying Attention to What Is Pulling My Attention

As human beings, there is so much going on that we can't control. We have the incredible super power of directing our attention. As we practise both of these, we can both choose what we pay attention to. And they're equally import ant when we talk about accessing more pleasure or going deeper in our intimate connections - making love and having a conversation have so much in common here.
