The Importance of SOPs in a Product Business

There's a little more creativity involved and yes, objective interpretation of what the task is. So there's a different level of project management for a product than there is for a agency. You can't really SOP that other than, you know, have an analogy, talk about three things but it's not to that level of detail or you destroy creativity. Our agency ended up being a lot more bespoke in the end. We had clients that were a million dollars a year in services. And so I think having people on top who run the strategy then feeds into an SOP is the right way out.
