I'm a big advocate of harnessing international power but sometimes it's hard to make that challenge to teams. I spent 10, 12 years living and working in Japan so that part of the world is somewhere that will always be very special to me. It gives you an appreciation of how important perspective is in when you're building different experiences. Whoever goes shopping in West London is not the same as the customers in East London. The product that they should find should be different. That sense of discovery of finding somewhere new like if you're wandering through the streets of Ginza that sense that you find something unique that is special to you is that emotional connection.
