Is the Church Dissolving a Natural Marriage?

The three dissolutions that I mentioned are all things that can be granted by the church hierarchy. But it can't be done by the couple themselves. So long as the church gives the clear that it wasn't a sacramental marriage, that's essentially the same canonical act as allowing for the dissolving of the natural marriage. Now I don't know if that's true or not, but I have read someone make that argument and I can't recall where of course,. It'd be interesting to know a little bit more about exactly what the church is doing.
