Australian railways started running ads in papers in the United Kingdom advertising jobs. The government would pay for someone's flight over there and then they would set them up with a job. They couldn't get people from closer than or did they want specifically UK people? It was like my favorite TV show Northern Exposure, but it's not an exposure.
