Is There a Need for Modularity?
Many organizations aren't looking at specific projects like they wanted to, they're trying to evolve an entire portfolio of space. Having that modularity is just beneficial from how you evolve and keep your employees engaged and happy with whatever they're coming into the office to use. And then also from your own budgeting and much more corporate policy and standard standpoint, it just gives more breathing room.
