Do You Love Yourself? I Love You!
Sometimes we are so enmeshed and embroiled in our own stuff that we can't tell if what we're doing is the right thing. I think it's important to hear other people's stories, to relate to, to think about yo access your inner therapist or your inner coach. This is like having your guard down and keeping it down and not letting it back up to protect yourself. And protection doesn't always mean defensive. Protection can mean self love. It just means you care about yourself. You love you.
