Is Critical Race Theory Dead?

The distinction between black and white in America is much less clearly defined today than it was 50 years ago. Do you think critical race theory just dies the same way Marx's thought has largely died? You have this movement that's kind of taken hold in a really niche area of academia, not much else. And yet if you look at academia, where critical race theory is most pronounced, it's a very combative hostile approach to studying race.
