Putin's Economic Nuclear Weapon Will End the Russian War in Ukraine
The British announced in 2021 that they're going to be expanding their nuclear arsenal. The new start limits the deployment of nuclear warheads at 1,550. That's more than what the UK and France have combined. So I'm guessing Putin, it's not so much on those limits. But it is an interesting point because NATO, of course, is an explicitly anti-Russia alliance.
