What Do You Love to See Come Back From the Past?

A lot of what has been preserved and passed down to us about, like body building and strength sports is that a lot of it just seemed to be focused on general health. A am i i can't give a super like, per specific recommendation for optimal loading because ultimately, as i mentioned originally, that research doesn't exist to really dial in as a super optimized prescription. But two, and more importantly, i don't think that's necessary. Because if you're doing istance training, you're getting the job done as far as preserving bone health goes.
