How Much Are You Responsible for Creating Small Groups?

I like that at the end of the day, i think the most important thing is a sher purpose. And a reason that people understand and are ke continuously reminded as to why this space exists and how to engage with it. I'm thinking more and more about this concentric circle model of different sizes of groups, even within that community, that you can engage with. It's so interesting the question too of how much are you, as a community builder or manager, responsible for creating those medium and especially small groups firs. That's something we always wrestle with. How much r yo, just giving people space for telling them, hey, this is exactly where you should be joining?
