Is It Really a Bailout or a Rescue?
Before it seemed like creditors got bailed out when they were, you know, as part of a government program that was- No, they weren't. That's the problem. It was arbitrary. I view this as a terrible failure and we've done it, as you said, writ large into 2008 onward. We have in many ways destroyed the financial system that really is a source of our productivity.
