The Difference Between the User Experience and the UI
Jose Nasser: The difference between the UI, the user interface and the user experience. A good example is a meme that I see often in Instagram where you have the bottle of ketchup for years, the cap of the ketchup was always on the top. So they made it out of kind of softer plastic where you can actually squeeze it instead of a glass. Savarza: You can have a user interface that is atrocious that looks ugly but boy, it's smooth as butter when you experience it.
