Thetus and Hera's Story
Thetus and her story is like steady across the two in an interesting way. Unlike someone like Aphrodite who has two different stories of parentage, Thetus' marriage to Hephaestus does not remain constant between these two eldest surviving sources. She's just kind of a badass, even if she is also sometimes a really obnoxious mother. And then there was the time that she saved Dionysus when he was being pursued by this man named Quargus. But once again, as told in the ilead, I've only scratched the surface with what we are about to hear.
