When Do You Tap Into the Coach?

When did the coach become the guru? Think about that. When do we make the coaches the gurus? And I see it a lot with youth players is that they're sometimes intimidated to talk to their coaches. It's not much different than us being intimidated to ask our teachers for something because they're people of authority.
