The Leading Indicators of Software Companies

The number one, most important leading indicator, you're not going to be surprised to hear me say, is talent. And we measure that every quarter for every one of our companies. We measure at alpine, we measure it for a whole bunch of different groups within alpine. So if we can be managing those and getting those right, those are leading indicators that are going to help us set up, you know, the revenue ebetato come later.
