The Double Standard and the Positive Thoughts

Jill: For some reason the methods as you got into them worked rather quickly. What do you attribute that quick change to? Jill: There's some sort of mood elevating effect, I think, of listing all of the advantages of your symptoms and feeling almost kind of proud of your symptoms. Yeah, I think that you really dealt a blow to the negative thoughts with the double standard.
