What Advice Would You Give to a Recruiter?
i think it all depends on the company itself. One of the common pitfalls i've seen withan maybe early stage, where we spend a lot of time, is indexing in two different ways. The other side is maybe indexing for skills that you don't necessarily need at the stage at youre at. Once you bring in a recruiter, eventually it's not just going to wash your hands of it when you're done. And especially for start ups, when there's less brand recognition, less product market fit, or whatever's going on, it's a harder pitch to people.
