The Ups and Downs of California

It might be five to ten years before you see real appreciation in those properties again. Silicon Valley which I got to tour on this trip is massive and I knew it was massive but it was even more massive than I thought. 10 or 12% of the US economy comes out of that county so when we take a look at California I would tell people I think there's awesome opportunities coming there.
