i would be very surprised if management is not already aware. Soye, i would probably approach the situation with agement from the angle of, hey, how can i help? How can i help this situation? I think there are certain people in certain teams where if someone confronted another person in a group setting, like a peer, wige stepping and say, hey, that's not ok. And there are also certain places or teams or people that would never, ever, ever do that and be a huge deal. So that, i mean, you you could act more assertively.
