Fast fashion has become so prevalent in all kinds of modern retailers. Eminent says that as consumers adjust to soaring prices for gasoline, food, education and medical care, just about the only thing that seems a bargain is clothes. While the price of luxury clothes is gone up, it's become easier and easier never to find pants or shirts for under 20 dollars.
