Sleep Trackers - What Happens When You Sleep?

The rising prevalence of wearables and trackers can be a problem. Our sleep is primarily divided into contumin components, non rem sleep, non rapid eye movement sleep and rem sleep. A lot of people get fixated on the curacy and are troubled by the fact that, oh no, it looks like i only got ten % rem sleep or ten percent deep sleep. But i think we do have to question the accuracy of those wearables.
