I oversee the medical and pharmacy operations team at Curology. We are responsible for pretty much all the software or internal teams. I think we're starting to see the old guard die away from a micromanagement perspective. A bill lumber in office space like the bill lumbergers are dying out that guy does not exist much which is great. AI is interesting because it's being discussed so much that I think we'll hit a peak and then it's gonna die off again.
