The Importance of Maintaining Relevance in Washington

Britain is trying to maintain relevance in Washington, isn't it? So we want to remain useful to the United States. The center of the world is moving to Asia economically at least. Europe is becoming weaker and we've taken a decision to leave the European Union. It doesn't make much sense for Britain to just focus entirely on Europe anymore. And if there's one thing Britain needs, we need money at the moment. We need to hedge our bets, don't we?
