What Biden Has Done About Xi Jinping

Ross: I'm a little concerned with some of the statements that Biden has made about how he knows Xi Jinping and he's met him many times. He says you really have no idea what this person is thinking and you don't understand China at all. The last president Hu Jingtao was much more readable, he was I think recognized or widely seen by many as sort of weak but it would be relatively tame otherwise. But now Xi is back to really good old fashioned dictator. His thing is order and control. So yeah, I'm concerned that perhaps Xi is being underestimated by Biden.
