The Changes in Governance in Russ

I left Russ governance mid last year. It's been interesting to reflect on how governance in Russ changed over my tenure there, and then how it's changed since. I do think how folks are reacting to these types of things have a lot to do with like the different expectations that folks have these days of open source and open source governance.
