It takes perseverance and it's not superficially rewarded. You also have to be really open today that you're going to like huge parts of what you said and your opening piece might be wrong. The amount of times I've sat with PMs both within intercom but also outside of intercom, their angle of assigning blame is very external. It turns out it's not my feature. It's actually the I have the product. And we're going to try something else.
