And that's like a Rosicrucian perspective too. evaluate your entire day before you go to bed every action of that day. Reverse engineer from a different vantage point outside of your physical body and see how you react it to stress. See what patterns you're doing every time something comes into your face. How do you handle that and what are your turn twos and how do you resolve things? That right there is being the master magician
