The Visions of the Virgin Mary
Three school girls in cabejo began reporting visions of the virgin mary. The three girls were named alphonsine, anathele and marie claire. Huge crowds came to see them, with more than 20 thousand reportedy coming to an event that was held on sunday, august fifteenth, 19 82. At the event, all three girls described terrifying visions that involved rivers of blood and piles of human bodies.

In 1983, seers at Kibeho, Rwanda, received visions of a barbaric conflict and in the 1990s, almost 1 million people died in the genocide. Then in 2001, the apparitions received official Church approval. Jimmy Akin and Dom Bettinelli look at what happened, which visions were genuine, and their significance for us today.
