Are You Really Anxious or Are You Anger?

If you're not in that emotional space, how are you going to identify how you feel when you're leaving out those values? You know, a classic example of that is looking at the difference between anger and anxiety. A lot of people will say, i'm anxious or i'm angry, or they can't actually differentiate between the two. That's ultimately what we need to be able to do. We need to feel comfortable being uncomfortable. Go name and tame it through your emotions. Learn to distinguish different emotions. Avoid the desire to one to escape distraction. There's so many ways. And then also, look at all those opportunities that happen to us across life as an opportunity to learn
