Is This Going to Be the Great Financial Crisis?
I don't think this is the great financial crisis. You don't think it's going to be a series of dominoes. I wish something was going to change because, you know, when something changes and as an inflection investor, when stuff changes, there's opportunity. But I just don't see it, really. The net result is probably going to be reasonably good for the economy. If your commercial real estate is terrible for you, but,. you know, the economy is more than private equity commercial real estate.
