The Importance of Prevention in Healthcare
In the industry, in the health insurance industry, there's a lot of work done around basically reducing claims cost and improving the customer outcome. I think from a booper perspective, our purpose is to help customers live longer, healthier lives so prevention strategies are kind of core to what we want to do. So being able to monetize prevention is tough. That's the first thing. But there are different techniques now that people use, whether it's incentivization, gamification, all of those types of things.
