Learning by Doing Can Have a Real Impact in the Business World

I love the idea that learning by doing can have a real impact in the business world. Language is the important thing, because I realized from sitting on, sitting in on meetings with the Royal Opera House and sponsorship meetings there's a huge gap here. Those are two contexts that have to understand each other. It's the same as you're going into Japan, isn't it? Entering a completely different context. But you're right with language. You say, we need to listen and listen and listen, learn the language, see what people are doing. That was kind of one of the outcomes of the program. And they were beautifully.
