Sorjana's Life and Work

Sorjana de la Cera was one of the wealthiest nuns in her convent. She wrote a satirical poem called Ombre Nacios, or Foolish Men. Some biographers point to this as the moment that Sorjana lost all of her protection and prestige. But she had been writing and studying before Marquesse and his wife arrived.
