The company filed to go public in October of this year. They were seeking to price the IPO in a range of 18 to $20 a share, which would translate to about a $1.8 to $2 billion market cap. But they end up downsizing the IPO and then on November 16th, they do price it at $15 a share under the range that they were shooting for. The business is trading at a little over $18.60 share, $18.62. It's traded up a little bit, but certainly hasn't run like I think some people thought it might.
