How to Be a Successful Cinematographer
I think the most important thing is listening for all of us, whether it's cinematographer or a key grip and knowing when to say something. I know sometimes I'm thinking about something I don't want somebody giving a suggestion because I've got something going through my head. It's not just a technique, you know what I mean? It's the passion for the job. It's getting on. We really have a lot of fun as well as do the work. When you when you have a system of doing the work and you have a confidence that you're doing it as a team, then you can have fun doing it. You can relax into it somehow, you know?
