Her symptoms rapidly improved with sterates and remained in remission for several weeks. She developed new headaches and pain behind her left eye again, so the taper was slowed. Then at three milligrams daily, she developed worsening headaches, nausea and vomiting over a few days. And then had to witness generalize tonic chonic seizure at home. Her vitals, general noralogic examinations were otherwise unremarkable. Mri brain was repeated and showed decreased thickening and enhancement of the left optic nerve,. But showed new lepto manigial flare, hyper intensity and enhancement in frontal and occipital lobes.
