Daniel Fencer is the chef at 11 madison park in New York City. He says that a recent review of his restaurant was unfair and harked back to one he once wrote about guy fierry's restaurant, time square. The pendemic hit restaurants hard when they had to let people go or move away from their jobs. But it also gave him an opportunity to start producing meals for new yorkers who have no food.
