The Importance of External Events in Changing the World

I think this is not a problem limited to Obama or Clinton or the Democrats. It's really, these abstractions are sort of very much across the board. So I don't quite know what it would change to, what it would require to change the sort of malaise. But I do think that a world in which little changes and little, there's little progress represents a radical departure from the past. And it is something we should fight really hard in all ways that we possibly can.
